We ask for a 7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday Check In / Check Out during these dates:

Summer, from May 25, 2019 through Sep 7, 2019

Thanksgiving: Nov 17, 2019 – Nov 24, 2019

Christmas/New Years: From Dec 22, 2019 through Jan 1, 2020

 

Fees: 1.) $119 Cleaning/Linen Fee      2.)13% SC State Tax

Payment:  You can pay for your stay via personal check and save the 3% extra charge.  Or pay by a credit card/Paypal and the credit card company will charge you an additional 3%. 

50% is due at the time of the reservation.  The remaining balance is due 60 days before you arrive. 

A $250 Security Deposit hold will be placed on your Credit Card 3 days prior to your arrival and will be released after your departure.   This is dependent on a report of no rules violations (smoking) or property damage.

Cancellations: In the event you need to cancel your reservation, the following conditions will apply:
 Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. I will advertise the dates originally booked and when/if re-booked, refund 80% of the pro-rated rental amount for the nights rebooked, cleaning fee, and sales tax already paid, but not including the Homeaway/VRBO or Airbnb Service Fee. No refund will be provided for nights that we are not able to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and are irreversible.  I highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen reasons for cancellation.

 

The agreement must be signed and returned within 3 days of booking to keep from cancellation.  

All rules must be followed to avoid immediate eviction and termination of rental with no refund. 

Age Restrictions: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and they must stay in the property every night of the stay. We welcome families with children.

Pets: No pets/animals are allowed in our condos.  My family has allergies to pets.

Smoking: NO SMOKING or VAPING!  Smoking/Vaping is not allowed in the condo or on the balcony. This is a Dunes Village HOA policy for all units and will incur additional charges a $250 fee for a violation of this rule as well as immediate eviction.

REQUIRED:

  1. Must have a e-signed rental agreement within 48 hours
  2. Copy of Primary Renters Drivers License
  3. Violation of any house rules will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent and security deposit.
 

Q: Are you Pet Friendly?

A: No, We are not pet friendly. Sorry

Q: Can I smoke cigarettes?

A: Dunes Village is a smoke free resort. There is no smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Dunes Village HOA charges a $250 fine for a violation of this policy.

Q: What times is Check In and Check out?

A: Check In is at 4 PM. We try to allow guests check in as early as possible. We want the Condo to look great for you stay. It takes our cleaning company some time to make this happen.

Check out is a strict 10AM. This is allows our cleaning company to get our condo looking spotless for the next guest.

Q: Are you Motorcycle and Trailer Friendly?

A: Yes, we are Motorcycle friendly! Due to a combination of city ordinances and lack of space, Dunes Village can no longer accept trailers on an overnight basis. We have alternative locations for offsite pay trailer parking available.

Q: Do I need to bring pool or beach towels?

A: Pool towels are provided by the resort and are located in the pool areas. I would recommend bringing beach towels. However, many guests use the towels provided on the beach.

Q: What is provided with the cleaning/linen fee?

A: The condo is cleaned and linens are replaced when you leave. Linens are provided for the 2 queen beds and murphy bed. If you choose to use the Queen Sleeper sofa you will need to provide sheets. I have provided blankets and extra pillows. 12 Towels, 12 Hand Towels,12 Wash Clothes and dish/kitchen towels are provided.
