The perfect vacation destination for families with children of all ages, this 30,000 square feet water park features an array of water attractions designed to wow guests, including a 250+-ft long river ride with lagoon, Myrtle Beach’s first adult-sized indoor water slides, a variety of hot tubs, lap pool, teen pool, silly submarine, and a kiddies adventure pool offering a delightful selection of games.

Massive outdoor pool decks offer plenty of area to lounge, 2 large outdoor pools, hot tub, and lazy river.

Our Dunes Village Resort Condo accommodates up to 8 guests in a Direct Oceanfront Queen Suite located in the Palmetto Tower. Enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean from this beautiful oceanfront unit on the 12th floor, which provides a completely unobstructed balcony view of the Atlantic that other units on lower floors may not offer.

As you enter the room you’ll have a private bedroom off the main hallway with two queen beds and access to your full bath with Jacuzzi.

The living room includes a comfortable queen size sofa bed and full size wall murphy bed so you can easily turn this room into a separate sleeping area for children.  You will also find  2 TV’s and  2 DVD player’s so everyone can watch what they want.

The dining room and full kitchen feature granite counter tops, pots & pans, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Towels and linens are provided. Daily maid service is available for an additional fee.

Free parking is available across the street in a secure parking garage. Valet parking is available for $15 a day

NO OWNER BOOKING FEES when You use this website!

Payment:  You can pay for your stay via personal check and save the 3% extra charge.  Or pay by a credit card/Paypal and the credit card company will charge you an additional 3%. 

50% is due at the time of the reservation.  The remaining balance is due 60 days before you arrive. 

A $250 Security Deposit hold will be placed on your Credit Card 3 days prior to your arrival and will be released after your departure.   This is dependent on a report of no rules violations (smoking) or property damage.

Cancellations: In the event you need to cancel your reservation, the following conditions will apply:
Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival you are entitled to a full refund.  A Cancellations or early departure made within 59 days of arrival does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.  I will advertise the week that was booked and when/if re-booked, refund 80% of the rental amount, cleaning fee, and sales tax already paid. If we are not able to rebook the week that you booked, there would be no refund provided. Cancellation request must be written.

Age Restrictions: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and they must stay in the property every night of the stay. We welcome families with children.

Pets: No pets/animals are allowed in our condos.  My family has allergies to pets.

Smoking: NO SMOKING or VAPING!  Smoking/Vaping is not allowed in the condo or on the balcony. This is a Dunes Village HOA policy for all units and will incur additional charges a $250 fee for a violation of this rule as well as immediate eviction.

REQUIRED:

  1. Must have a e-signed rental agreement within 48 hours
  2. Copy of Primary Renters Drivers License
  3. Violation of any house rules will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent and security deposit.

This was our fourth time staying at Dunes Village and it was definitely the best trip yet. We love the indoor waterpark and all of the amenities at Dunes Village and the wonderful condo made for a very relaxing vacation. The communication from Daniel is outstanding, from everything we needed to know before check-in to letting us know the room was ready early to answering questions very quickly. The condo has everything you could need, the smart TV's are awesome, and the view is fantastic. We will definitely be staying again.

The condo was amazing. The view was breathtaking and was the perfect welcome when you walked in. The kitchen was beautiful and stocked with great pots pans and utensils. The bathroom was large and the jetted tub was an extra treat (for me and my 16 month old). Having a washer and dryer with a little one was also a bonus. I loved we could put the baby in the pack and play at 8 and still spend time with the husband watching a movie with a glass of wine. The facilities were perfect. The indoor waterpark was great for rainy days and if you wanted to get out of the sun. Daniel was responsive to all questions and really reached out to make sure everything was perfect. And it was. We will definitely be back.
